Add documentation about angular version dependencies

There is no documentation about which angular version is needed for which NGXLogger versions

That would be great to have one

According to a user on Discord, NGXLogger 4.3.3 uses Angular 11 (11.2.8 in the example)

I'm in the process of updating from Angular 8 to Angular 14, and I'm wasting a lot of time on this module in particular playing trial and error with which version goes with each major release of Angular.

4.3.3 seems to at least compile with angular 9 while earlier versions I tried did not.
