Describe the bug

Playing some new SMW Rom hacks and they frameskip a lot. Games played. Toads World 2, A Plumber for all seasons, and Super Mario Bros CD. Is this something that can be improved?

To Reproduce

Play the games to see frameskip in action. Turning it off makes game run incredibly slow.

Expected behavior

Run normal 60fps.
