adding notes for tests and documentation to dbt copilot

What are you changing in this pull request and why?

• Added note that dbt copilot is avail to write test and docs
• Added snippet with variables so it's appropriate for each page.

hey @runleonarun , made a couple of tweaks:

• updated the component from dbtCopilotBeta to CopilotBeta because react components have to start with capitalized letters (e.d. dbt started w lowercase). this got the callout working
• simplified/shortened the language

please let me know if you have some thoughts on this!
