Add the allow_interactive_auth and no_autostart attributes to dbus_proxy

  Not for this MR but it'd be useful to also have these 2 new attributes on the whole proxy itself. The no_reply is typically a method call's policy (i-e declared by service) but these new attributes are client polices and in my experience, typically decided on a more global level than individual method calls.
