From Gina in Aug 30, 2023 email: "If it’s easy to add a filter to remove all convictions with the word “assault” then that would be a great added feature."

AC:

  • Any record for an adult that contains the word "assault" should not be included on petitions

From Gina at Feb 8, 2023 meeting:

  • Filters just from the petitions, not from the record summary
  • Only applies to the 297 and 298, not any other form
  • 03/07/24 meeting: deleting adult convictions only applies to adults. Does not apply for underage convictions.
  • 03/21/24 meeting: potentially provide visual indicator on the UI like a red X to highlight that an offense is an assault conviction.

From Gina at Feb 19, 2024 meeting, it would be better to pull the offenses on the petition, but to include a UI element alerting the user that such petitions exist.
