Request: .strm files

Feature Description
A folder or the possibility of creating .strm files with the direct download url inside

Problem and Motivation
On small servers it makes playback direct from Real-Debrid with Kodi or Jellyfin. And do not overload the server and the local network

Possible Solution
A folder like downloads but with .strm files and unrestricted links inside

Just as a heads up that Plex no longer supports .strm files as they used to in the past.. :/

Jellyfin though of course would work, and it'd be fast as hell. Awesome new feature!
