Content block in homepage with a CTA

There should be a HP content block to allow to people to donate in a easy way!

It's dependent by:

• Allow to donate multiple times #13

Saying a "content block" is not much (just a button and a text?): If you agree, I was thinking on this:

• A button (text configurable) that leads to donations path
• A title and a description, configurable (an image as well?)
• A configurable field called "Goal" (text configurable too) where you put a quantity
• An automatic field (text configurable) with the total amount of donations so far
• Some visualization of the 2 fields (a progress bar, a percentage...)

In future updates:

• The same content block could be used in block processes and account for donations affecting that area only
• The same type of scoping applied to donations related to a particular participatory space
