Recommended Minimum System Requirements

Would be nice to add Recommended Minimum System Requirements.

Perhaps 3 recommendation, one for a city under 1.000.000 and one for bigger city and a last for smaller group like association of less than 1k peoples.

Nothings complicated, somethings like that is fine to have a general idea.

• Distrubution: Ubuntu 18.04 ???
• RAM: XX GB
• Processor: Quad core
• Hard Drive: XX GB
• Database: Postgres

We don't have this data at the moment, if you could share that'd be awesome.

In Barcelona at least we're using Heroku and for ethical reasons, I don't want to endorse that provider in the official documentation.

Also, I've migrated this issue to the new documentation repository (this is a deprecated one) so I can keep better track of this.
