The [502]: fetch failed (reset after 16s) error is coming from the upstream NVIDIA/Z-AI endpoint — the inference server timed out or failed to respond within 16 seconds. 9router is just forwarding the provider's error response.

502 gateway errors on NVIDIA NIM endpoints for GLM-4.7 are widely reported across other tools (OpenClaw, nanobot, pi-nvidia-nim) and are caused by server-side load or transient backend failures.

What you can try:

• Retry the request — 502s are often transient
• If it persists, check whether the model works directly on the provider's platform
• Try a different model or provider as a fallback
