AmpCode doesn't appear in the CLI Tools panel

Issue:
These are the CLI tools that I currently see when I open the browser dashboard up:

In the README.md file, it says that AmpCode is supported, but that isn't shown in the UI.

Context:
I just installed the tool using npm. Version: 0.2.19 Haven't messed around with anything.

There's an active PR that adds Amp CLI support to the CLI Tools panel — PR #257 by @fdkgenie includes AmpToolCard component, settings management, and full integration.
