On mainnet on v1.0.2 I am currently unable to vote on the latest treasury spend. I see it in the UI, but when clicking on a choice get an error in logs. This may also be a problem with the vspd not sure atm:

Also, I think we should be able to either always allow or disallow votes based on the signer's public key? We don't have that option in the UI. Or we have the section but no treasury key there...
