Add translations to the website

[Dustorf]

The old website was translated into about a dozen lanugauges iird, but the new one is only translated into: Arbaic, Portuegese, Spanish, German, Polish and Chinese.

At minimum, I think we should add French. Maybe Italian? Russian?
