Remix Download Issue

When downloading remixes using just `%artistsTitle% - %title%` and `%remix%` is filled instead of being contained in the title, it overrides the original. 

Ex:
```
Karma Fields feat. Kerli - Build The Cities (Grabbitz Remix)
```
Downloads as:
```
Karma Fields feat. Kerli - Build The Cities
```

Work around is to use:
```
%artistsTitle% - %title% {(%remix%)}
```
