Duffle extension icon doesn't appear in VS Code ubuntu

You can see that the icon for duffle doesn't appear in the left extension panel.

I sometimes see this as an intermittent problem when I'm switching between debug / local package / marketplace but it usually fixes itself. @flynnduism can you work with Ralph to see if you can reproduce the problem, and whether we need to tweak the SVG or something?
