ios networking issues

hi there, the iOctocat from App Store have some problem on networking access. After to installed it on my iPhone with iOS 10, When I add a github account with correct account and password, it show a error message says "authentication failed, the internet connection appears to be offline", then I have to go to Settings to checkout the app's network access permissions and I can't find the app in list, so I think there will have a permission problem in iOS 10's networking setting.
I hope it can be fix soon:)
Let me known if I need to provide more information about this issue.
