[Design] Create wireframes for VAHB error states

Background

We will need to determine and create all VAHB alert/error states, starting from our current (pre-check-in) alert states but for demographics only and altered to fit mobile's approach.
Note: we may run into delays with this due to mobile app team changes/timeline.

Tasks

• Determine alert scenarios needed
• Create wireframes for all alert scenarios
• Work with Laura and/or mobile content designer to confirm alert content Note: can be submitted as a ticket along with content ticket work
