My understanding is that from a legality standpoint, driving to a VA Clinic to sit on a video call with a doctor located in a different state is substantially different then doing the same video call from my home, so some of my appointments have to be at the clinic on a video call and some of them are actual "Telehealth" appointments

As a veteran, it is extremely frustrating trying to figure out what appointments are Telehealth and I can attend remotely and which ones are supposed to be "In-person" video meetings because as you can see from this upcoming appointments, they are both marked "Video" but I have to remember which one I need to drive into the clinic for and which one I can attend remotely. I get anxiety about missing appointments so this added stress is certainly not helpful.

From a product @rroueche or design @goldenmeanie perspective (tagging POCs listed in the readme), it would be great if the Upcoming Appointments page surfaced more clearly if the appointment was an in-person video call or a completely remote video call because when I talk to the clinic, they can easily see in the system what type of appointment it is so my hypothesis is that this data exists in the system and is just not being surfaced or is surfaced somewhere in the UI that isn't intuitive.

Also I know its really hard to fix these issues and as a long time user (started getting care in Phoenix during the wait scandal), the website is getting far better - years ago, I wouldn't have even complained because I knew nothing would get fixed
