Create dedicated workshop resources page

We currently link a public Google Drive folder as Workshop Slides from our Resources page. This collection of resources is becoming larger (including content from 2021), so we could have a dedicated workshop resources page (/workshops?) to list all of the resources separately from past years.

For Google Slides, I would suggest linking the published version (from the Publish to web option) instead of the working versions.
