[MIGRATION - UXD] As MILES HARDIN I want the FAQ page to be up-to-date with the latest design system so that I can get a consistent and cohesive experience

Considerations:

The universal design team has recently launched and introduced their new design system styleguide to our team in March 2024.

Scope for this task:
Our team is going to implement these updates in our FAQ page Mockup designs in order to address this in future development.

• Original ticket task (for history) owned by Marilia [US - UXD] As MILES HARDIN, when I want to submit a new idea to IdeaSpace, I want to access a FAQ page, so I can gain a clear understanding of the idea submission process and approval criteria without feeling frustrated or confused without support #1361
• FAQ Content (.doc)
• [UXR Analysis, synthesis & ideation (FigJam file)
• In our Figma file of “[DL - IdeaSpace] Analogous Inspiration” we have some screenshots of other competitor’s FAQs pages

Migration & design related:

• [Org Sprint] New Design system presentation by the Universal Design team - March 2024 (.ppt)
• New design system style guide by the Universal Design Team
• IdeaSpace UX designs in Figma

Acceptance criteria:

• The FAQ page mockups have implemented the following updates from the new design system style guide:
  • New grid
  • Typography (Headers now are in Oswald font)
  • Components are updated and linked with the new style guide
• Images for the FAQ content were included in FAQ Content (.doc)
• Mockups are web responsive and include the 3 breakpoints of Desktop (XL), Mobile (Default)
  And Tablet (SM)
• Final and approved mockups were included in the “LATEST DESIGNS” layer in Figma

Just created a task for the FAQ migration. Could you take a look and let me know if anything needs adding or changing? If everything looks good for you, please go ahead and mark a final estimation.

Heads up: Marilia never got to design mobile/tablet layouts for this. We discussed it with the devs after she left, and since it's a simple page, they thought the desktop layout might be enough. Depending on your design tweaks, we might need to double-check that with them again.

Another thing Marilia was working on (before leaving) was adding images to the content for better clarity. So I added this task in the acceptance criteria.

Before doing the estimate work, I just want to check if the previous FAQ page mockup that needs to be worked is the one located in the "archived" page on figma, cause the "FAQ" section in the others figma pages are empty.
