A clear and concise description of what the issue is.

When you visit the spotlight pages and try to use them, they appear to be broken and won't provide the user with the data they're looking for, or a good experience of our website.

To Reproduce
Replace the content below with the steps to reproduce the behaviour.

1. Go to https://devinit.org/data/spotlight-uganda or https://devinit.org/data/spotlight-kenya
2. Click on anything - all the subsequent interactions cause errors for me on Chrome

Additional Context
There have been errors off and on with this - is there any way the upcoming broken link checker (#1125) can flag this as an issue?

Requested Delivery Date: ASAP - it's a massive risk that a large part of our website is not functioning.
