<p>Seed of Hope Ghana was begun by four young Ghanaians from poor households who were privileged to get education. After chance meeting on facebook, we resolved to move away from the lamentations about the lack of progress in our communities, we resolved to actually take action to achieve overarching transformation in our communities. Seed of hope Ghana is the baby that was born out of this resolution</p>
<p>We work with partner organizations and individuals committed to supporting these groups to provide badly needed skills such as literacy skills, mentorship, alternative livelihoods training, financial and sex education. </p>
<p>We are committed to working to help support the achievement of SDGs 1-6 i.e.
