C3Di_IVUnifEverDirty Does Not Work due to Copy-Paste Error

What's the issue you encountered?

C3Di_IVUnifEverDirty in source/uniforms.c is read, but never set to true, and thus never actually does anything. It appears to be caused by a copy-paste error on line 76 of source/uniforms.c, which should instead set the value to true.
