Uninstalling IDEasy from "Programs & features"/"Apps" screen does not work on windows #2473

Actual behavior

Currently, when we use the "Uninstall" option for IDEasy in the windows settings, the process reports back as to the uninstallation being succesful, but IDEasy is not actually uninstalled.

Note: It does seem like the IDEasy PATH variables get removed as we cannot use the ide command afterwards, but generally, the rest of the installation persists on the system.

Reproduce

1. Go to windows settings or control center
2. Go to either "Programs and features" (Control Center) or "Apps" (Windows settings)
3. Try uninstalling all of the IDEasy entries
4. You will notice when checking THE "_ide" and projects folder, that actually nothing happened and IDeasy is still installed on your system. However, most likely you won't be able to use the ide command in the console anymore. So the uninstallation is basically only partial.

Expected behavior

Uninstalling IDEasy via these options should launch either the ide uninstall command somehow or trigger an uninstall flow using the MSI installer. However, further research is needed here, how to do this in detail.
