Azure Functions 앱을 로컬로 실행할 때 오류

안녕하세요. 질문 하나 여쭙겠습니다.
my-static-web-app-authn 리포지토리를 만든 후, 컴퓨터에 복제를 하고, api/local.settings.json 파일을 만들어서 입력한 후
api 실행 단계에서 터미널에서 func start을 입력하니

이런 오류가 뜹니다. 뭐가 문제일까요?
Azure Functions Core Tools를 다시 설치해야 할까요?

일반적으로는 api 폴더 내에 local.settings.json 파일이 없더라도 다음과 같이 떠야합니다.

Functions:

For detailed output, run func with --verbose flag.

(Core Tools Version도 저와 같고, Function Runtime Version 도 저와 같음을 확인하실 수 있습니다.)

마지막에 나오는 Missing value for AzureWebJobsStorage in local.settings.json. This is required for all triggers other than httptrigger, ... 을 보면, 우선 httptrigger와 관련된 문제로 인해 local.settings.json에 AzureWebJobsStorage key를 추가해달라고 합니다.

• httptrigger는 products-*/function.json의 .bindings[0].type 에서 지정이 되어있는데요. 혹시 이부분을 수정하신 상태로 func start를 하신게 아닌지 확인해보셔야 할 것 같습니다.
• local.settings.json에 아래와 같은 값을 넣어서 다른 메세지가 나오는지 확인해보아야 할 것 같습니다.
