The README is currently only a stub, and I think it would be good to include:

  • the purpose of the project
  • an overview of it's components
  • a quick introduction how it could be used
  • some help about getting libbitcoinconsensus (e.g. building Bitcoin Core, downloading the package somewhere, ...)
