In my Adobe collection for this font there is a Bebas Neue Pro collection which has lowercase and Italic's how can this get added to fonts.google.com?

Please use through Adobe Fonts.
I have no plans to add to google fonts at the moment.

Also, lowercase is a Pro license. So we won't see that in this project.
