Complete Local Citation Network graph from wikidata

It would be great to be able to build an entire graph like in the Local Citation Network web app but locally by fetching the entire citation graph from Wikidata.

It could be an option on the top right of the window, like "Complete graph from wikidata".
With this functionality, it could display Incoming and Outgoing suggestions like as in the web app.

Also, an option could be added to import an article from the graph to Zotero.
