Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When adding citations manually from the pdf reader, I need to verify if the articles cited in the PDF exist in wikidata, and if so, importing it from wikidata to Zotero to be added as a citation.

So to do this now, I highlight the title of the citation in the PDF to copy it. Then I create a new citation item in the citation panel.
And in the citation editor, I paste the title and fetch the QID, so I can use cita as a reconciliation tool.

Describe the solution you'd like
When I highlight the title of a citation in a PDF, I would then make a right-click to open the menu.
And in the menu there would be an option like "Add this title as a new citation".

Then, cita would match the title highlighted with a wikidata item.

If it find one, a new citation item would be created by fetching wikidata.
If it doesn't find anything the citation editor would open with the title field prefilled with the title highlighted from the PDF.

The Zotero PDF translate add-on add functionality in the PDF reader, it is able to copy text in a PDF and process it. It as also a button that shows when highlighting text.
