Last [Day] incorrectly maps to last day of the month #6

Last [Day] incorrectly maps to last day of the month instead of previous date of occurence of the day.
eg if Today is October 24 2019, "last sunday" should resolve to 20-10-2019 but instead we get 27-10-2019 (last sunday of october)
