Private usage review and testing

User Storry:

I want to be able to use Osec on a WP site with a closed user group as an internal Kalendar (for my Kindergarden).
I need to make sure that a documented setup allows only the registered User group to access any Event data and still get their feeds into their calendars.

Todos

• Evaluate usage Szenario with some public/partial privat calendars separated by category (or better means)
• Ensure feeds can be privatized and still be simply added to a calendar.
• Evaluate how private page setttings would work, check for security issues in such case.
• Discuss practical approaches, write documentation for it, create bug/enhanchment issues
