Add filter for marked-as-processed cards

As a digital druckerei user I want to easily filter applications that are not yet processed or that are already processed

Describe the solution you'd like
add the filter checkbox in the AppStatus bar relates to #1216

Describe alternatives you've considered
As there are three states:

• show all applications
• show only not yet processed applications
• show only processed applications
  A checkbox may not be suitable.
