Location Button on map dosn't show the right status

Describe the bug
Location Button on map dosn't show the right status when status is changed by app settings.
not jet tested with ios, will follow

To Reproduce
freshly install Ehrenamtskarte, change to staging, open map

• right status is shown-> klick it and allow precise location during app
• right status (circle with dot) location is centered-> move location
• wrong status circle shoud be empty (no dot)-> klick it the location is centered
• goto app settings, remove location permission (klick 'Don't allow') and go back to app
• wrong status shown (circle with dot) and map is centered to bavaria (sometimes emulator crashes at thist point)->
• klick button and don't allow, go back to app
• right status is shown-> klick it and goto settings, allow while app and goback to app
• wrong status (crossed circle)-> klick it
• right status (circle with dot) and correctly centered
