Cannot Collapse/Expand all issues in a year for newspaper view

Issue: Clicking expand all/collapse all does not work
Desired: Clicking on "Expand all months" will show all objects within all the months for a year (inversely for "Collapse all months")

Reproduce Issue:

• Navigate to: https://ecn.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/61220/utsc34526#
• Click on the the dropdown "1784"
• Try clicking on "Expand all months" or "Collapse all months"
• Month dropdowns are not expanded/collapsed to show/hide all objects within each month

• Cause of the problem: Error with Drupal once library (not directly correlated to the function logic of view_nested_details)
