Advanced Search Block with Full-Text Field can be Inaccurate #114

Reproduce Issue:

Create a Repo Item (that is a Collection) with Title test2
Create a Repo Item (that is a Collection AND member of test2) with Title test3
Go to Site + Use Advanced Search Block and search for Title is "test" (Note: we use double quotes surrounding test for an exact match)
We get that test3 is a Search Result although test3 is not an exact match. The expected should be that we get No Search Results.

Note: Using * or ~ seem to work fine.
