Please make Windows build with MSCV of Dillo, so Dillo can run natively on Windows.

Nice! Dillo can be executed on Windows by using Cygwin and WSL. I won't oppose to add native MSVC or MinGW support as long as you are willing to implement it *and maintain it*, as I don't have enough expertise on that area and I'm not a Windows user.
