[BUG] Working hours not displaying correct time

Current Behavior

I have set the working hours time within the settings panel, but the embed shows "we are not working" even though it is within working hours.

Expected Behavior

It updates and shows "we are working" or "not working" at the correct time and when it is open/closed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set any working hours in settings
2. Open a ticket within the set working hours
3. Will display "we are not working" embed

Environment

- OS:Debian 11
- Node:18.17.1
- NPM:9.6.7
- Bot:4.0.9

Anything else?

I included of my clock time as well for reference
