[BUG] Most of the bot's messages aren't archived

Current Behavior

Some commands correctly have embeds stored, but most do not.

Expected Behavior

All of the bot's messages should be saved.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a ticket whilst archiving is enabled
2. Say something
3. Get the bot to send some messages
4. Close the ticket and view the transcript

Environment

- OS:
- Node: 18
- NPM:
- Bot: 4.0.12

I configured the bot to my server and also found the same issue.
