If you're looking for the Django community, I'd recommend joining us at chat.djangoproject.com on Discord. There you can ask questions, talk about career, or life. There are plenty of people there with opinions that can help provide you with ideas on what to do next.

If you're looking to improve at your web development skills, I'd recommend building something and getting it out on production, then using it yourself. A blog is a good one. A CMS is another good one. This will help you go through a bunch of learning experiences and challenge you in unexpected ways.
