After some manual testing and a bit of use-case consideration, the githubOwner and githubRepository keys are now optional. If they are unspecified, publication settings will be left unchanged and a warning will be printed.

First release! The currently tested functionality solely involves public repositories. Private repositories could work, but I haven't yet checked that. Also to be tested is the precise interaction between this plugin and sbt-gpg or sbt-pgp. They should in theory work, but sbt-pgp is weird.
