Summary
Before: testers of the #261 prototype had to use the generic feature-request form, and their reports weren't labelled.
After: GitHub's "New issue" page offers a Prototype feedback form. It asks how editing on the menu item compared with the bottom toolbar, what was unclear, any bugs, the device (desktop, tablet, phone), the orientation, the browser, and whether they tried keyboard only, a screen reader or a right-to-left language. Only the first question is required. Reports get the new
prototype-feedbacklabel.Issue forms only show up from the default branch, which is why this goes to main while the prototype stays on its own branch.
