Vocabulary/Translation file

We should probably add a file that contains some special english words and a german translation so we don't use another translation in every document.

For example for Compile Time Function Execution, Compile Time, Property, Evaluation/Execution, In-Depth, Pointer, Garbage Collector, Exception, Compiler Flag, Packet, Module or Allocation/to allocate

Sounds very reasonable - how about a page at the wiki?

Hm it should be promoted in the README then though and I think a local file is easier to work with so you don't need to constantly switch programs

Hmm the idea was that the wiki is easier to edit, but if I think about it, we probably do want to approve this translation list and thus make it "official", so I agree on creating a file and linking to it from the README.
