Thank you so much for this great package. After completing the RCTD pipeline in doublet_mode, I am wondering how to best create a matrix of the data decomposed to the single cell level? It appears that the get_decomposed_data function is depreciated, but this is essentially what I would like to do (https://rdrr.io/github/dmcable/RCTD/src/R/postProcessing.R).
Beyond differential expression analysis, I will need the decomposed cell annotations for downstream analyses, and am not finding any up-to-date vignettes that outline how to create a decomposed matrix including both first_type and second_type annotations of doublets. Thank you for your guidance!
