Notable:

• Adds support for reading input lines from STDIN. Use the - to indicate it should read from STDIN.
• Updates to latest access_log_parserver version which uses NOM 7.1. This should not represent a change in behavior but is a major change under the covers. If there are parsing errors for log lines that used to work or are expected to work, please open issues.
• While rewriting, I was able to resolve #7 and #8. The former just relaxes the whitespace requirements of the x_forwarded_for field, the latter adds support for a new field that was added to the Gorouter logs. The tool optionally supports those fields so it will continue working with older Gorouter formats. For those, the field is just empty.
