No option to turn on dark theme

There is a dark theme setting in appearance but no actual way to enable it or toggle it on..?

Can you add a toggle inside the app to switch between the modes? I don’t wanna change my whole system’s light scheme just so this app doesn’t flashbang me every time I open it
