Can't start/build project

When I try to start the project I have the following error:

error styles\knowledge_base.css: Command failed: bundle exec sass C:\Users\User\Downloads\wintersmith-knowledge-base-master\contents\styles\knowledge_base.scss --load-path `bundle show dvl-core` -t compressed
"bundle"

And in console I have:

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Please provide a correct way to start/build project.
Already appreciate.

You might have to install the ruby bundler tool.
