Publish to Maven Central

First of all, this project looks wonderful. Thank you! We're excited to use DocFX for generating docs.

It looks like release artifacts aren't published to Maven Central (https://search.maven.org/search?q=DocFxDoclet). Would it be possible to publish them?

The benefit would be we can configure the doclet dependency in the pom.xml without having to download+verify the release JAR separately.

Feel free to point it out if I'm totally missing something!

Thanks @tbpg for the great suggestion, and thank you all for using.

We are working on some major changes to support DocFX v3, once the docfx-doclet becomes stable, will publish it to Maven. Planning February 2021.

I vote for adding to maven or maybe github packages, so that way we can implement this into our CI
