Fix EXTRA_FRONTEND_SETTINGS_FILE_<PORT> in README

A bit of source-diving revealed why the oddly-named
EXTRA_DEFAULT_SETTINGS_FILE_<PORT> variable wasn't working for me.

There was a typo in README.md
