Please support NO_COLOR in the output of docker commands (specifically docker images) #6653

Description

The author of #6650 has expressed the opinion that the output of the new docker images is "pretty unusable".

To that, I'd like to add "pretty unreadable". This is because my ancient eyes find it extremely difficult to read colorised output.

I had similar readability problems with output from docker compose until the the good folks maintaining that repo generously solved it for me by respecting the NO_COLOR environment variable. See docker compose issue 10340.

Could I ask you to please give some consideration to the needs of people with visual challenges and respect the NO_COLOR environment variable.

docker compose images supports NO_COLOR while docker images does not

For me, all the green in that image is perfectly readable while the content of the IMAGE column in the docker images output is completely unreadable.

I have no idea whether I'm the only person who has this particular problem. I've tried a number of Terminal settings with various background colours but blue always seems to be particularly problematic. It's much simpler if everything is rendered green on black.
