kit add fails in 0.35.0 after apt package installed

I created a fresh sandbox. Ran an interactive bash shell, created a file and installed something with apt. Exited and run kit add.

I've been able to get a minimal set of steps:

• create sandbox
• install vim with apt
• sbx kit add

Some of our developers install vim to edit agent config files especially since /etc/sandbox-peristent.sh is broken. Our enterprise setup is a little tricky because we have different api keys per project and our gateway requires additional http headers. It is not uncommon that they end up tweaking config.toml or settings.json to get everything working.
