Add a sbx daemon restart command

It should be the equivalent of sbx daemon stop && sbx daemon start -d

What's wrong with running sbx daemon stop && sbx daemon start -d though? 🙂

@kiview I think you might be joking, but it comes down to our staff using sbx as a tool and not being experts in its syntax. They'll run sbx daemon stop && sbx daemon start and be surprised when all the logging goes to the terminal.
